Members of XtreamOnlineMarketing Surf Traffic Exchange agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership
XtreamOnlineMarketing Surf Traffic Exchange reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if any member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination the member will lose all credits and the account will be deleted.
2. Site quality
Your site should be designed with a traffic exchange in mind. It should be a small fast loading page that is fully displayed within the surf frame before the counter reaches zero. Slow loading sites will be deleted.
In general, your site should promote a retail able product or service.
The main theme of the page should be product or service based.
If your site places undue emphasis on the money making opportunity, rather than on the product or service, or implies that high earnings are easily achieved with little or no effort, then it most likely will not be approved.
This means that sites that promote randomizers, doublers, HYIPS, chain letters and similar pyramid schemes will be deleted.
We DO NOT allow the following page content;
Racist, illegal or other material we find inappropriate.
Sites which include pop-ups, pop-behinds, pop-unders or anything that requires the user to click to close any window
Pages that break out of the surfing frame and any other behavior found inappropriate or annoying.
Window-type popup/alert message boxes or banners that are made to look as if they are a system message or falsely suggest that there may be a problem with the operating system or the computer.
Porn or sites that link to adult content.
Dating sites.
Gambling or Lotto type sites.
Non English sites. Sites must be written in the English language, unless prior approval is obtained.
Site rotators are not permitted as they often contain sites that break our terms and they can not be fully checked. (Upgraded members may use site rotators provided that they do not contain sites that break our terms.)
In addition to the above, any sites that are considered by KC SURF Traffic Exchange to be of a poor quality such as Paid-To Promote sites or "banner farms" that have no quality content will be deleted without notice.
Your site must be of a high quality and visually appealing to both Admin and other members.
Users who persist in attempting to add sites that violate the above rules risk having their account deleted.
If an account is deleted then all credits will be forfeited and access to XtreamOnlineMarketing Surf Traffic Exchange will be blocked.
3. Endorsement
The listing of any site for rotation in this traffic exchange is NOT an indication that XtreamOnlineMarketing Surf Traffic Exchange endorses any program in any way. Every member is responsible for checking the legality of any site that is added and all members are responsible for checking the legality of any program before they join.
4. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your Membership by clicking the [Delete account] link in your member's area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account, and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using your previous account.
5. Enrolling other members
Enrolling other members is prohibited. Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the web site and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and agreeing to the Membership Terms. Furthermore, no member shall create false accounts simply for the benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline. Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all credits and/or money in all accounts created.
6. Personal information
As a member of XtreamOnlineMarketing Surf Traffic Exchange you agree to keep your personal information on file up to date and accurate at all times. You also confirm that the email address you have on file is accurate and in working order. If we are unable to contact you via your email address then you account may be deleted. KC SURF Traffic Exchange will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.
7.Acceptable use of start link
The start link (also referred to as the "surf" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's web sites through the XtreamOnlineMarketing Surf Traffic Exchange network. This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to compromise it in any way. Furthermore, the start link is not to be promoted on other networks as a means of falsely obtaining credits. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits. Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any remaining cash balance will be lost.
7. Cancellation of membership
A member may at any time request to have his/her membership cancelled by simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be cancelled. Alternatively, a member may have their membership revoked by XtreamOnlineMarketing Surf Traffic Exchange if it is deemed that the member is in violation of any of the terms as set out in the Membership Terms. KC SURF Traffic Exchange also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be defrauding the system in any way, or in any case where the XtreamOnlineMarketing Surf Traffic Exchange feels that the member is not acting in the best interest of the KC SURF Traffic Exchange. If a member should have their membership canceled for any reason, that member will lose all traffic credits (whether earned or purchased) and will forfeit all rights associated with that membership.
8. Loss of data and other errors
Members agree to not hold liable KC SURF Traffic Exchange for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the KC SURF Traffic Exchange web site and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics. Members also agree to not hold liable KC SURF Traffic Exchange for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the KC SURF Traffic Exchange web site and all services and products contained within.
9.Duplicate accounts
Only one membership for each person or internet connection is allowed. If two family members or work colleagues wish to use the same internet connection, KC SURF Traffic Exchange must be advised prior to joining as our script may disable the second account for suspected cheating.
10. SPAM
KC SURFTraffic Exchange does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam. Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts.
Modification of Terms
The Terms of this Agreement may be modified by KC SURF Traffic Exchange from time to time, with or without notice.
